Local kernel crash via unchecked allocation failure

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux powerpc/powernv kernels allows local users to crash the kernel during SCOM debug setup. The scom_debug_init_one() path fails to test the pointer returned by kasprintf() before using it to create the SCOM debug entry. Reachability requires local low-privileged access to a PowerNV system and memory-allocation failure while that entry is initialized.
