Kernel resource leak via ath12k rfkill error path

A resource leak in the ath12k driver in Linux 6.7 leaves core pdev resources allocated when rfkill configuration fails. The core rfkill error handler returns without calling the pdev destroy path for resources created earlier in drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath12k/core.c. Exposure requires ath12k hardware and a failing core rfkill WMI configuration; the issue was found by code review and was only compile-tested, so no runtime consequence or attacker-controlled trigger is published.
