Local service interruption via TSC multiplication overflow

Integer overflow in Linux kernel ACPI LPIT code allows local users to interrupt service when the TSC exceeds 4,294,967 kHz. lpit_update_residency() multiplies the 32-bit tsc_khz value by 1,000 in u32 arithmetic, causing wraparound above that threshold. Reachability requires local low-privileged access, ACPI LPIT support, and a sufficiently high TSC; only availability impact is published.
