Local privilege escalation via atlantic ring double free

Double free in affected Linux kernel branches allows local users to escalate privileges by forcing atlantic ring-allocation failures. The atlantic allocation path treats an array-member ring pointer as a failure flag, so higher-level cleanup can call aq_ring_free again after its data was freed. Reaching the fault requires memory-allocation failure during interface reinitialization; allocator corruption can crash the host or enable kernel-memory control.
