Kernel memory exhaustion via failed GMR ID allocation

Memory leak in affected Linux kernel branches starting at 5.14 allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through vmwgfx allocation failures. vmw_gmrid_man_get_node allocates and initializes a TTM resource before ida_alloc_max, then fails to release those allocations when ID assignment fails. Reachability requires local low-privileged access to the vmwgfx path; repeated failures consume kernel memory and can interrupt service.
