Guest crash via truncated page-frame address

Denial of service in Linux 6.5 through 6.6.22, 6.7 through 6.7.10 and 6.8 through 6.8.1 allows local users to crash SEV-SNP guests. The x86 pvalidate_pages path passes a 40-bit guest frame number to the pfn_to_kaddr macro, whose shift truncates valid address bits unless the input is first widened to 64 bits. The crash requires an x86-64 SEV-SNP guest processing a guest physical address above 1 TB; the documented consequence is limited to that guest.
