Database access via raw TRANSFER_ID interpolation

SQL injection in Tongda OA 2017 before 11.10 allows remote authenticated users to access the database via a crafted TRANSFER_ID. The staff-transfer deletion handler directly splices the nonempty parameter into a parenthesized SQL statement, allowing crafted input to close the expression and append SQL predicates. A low-privileged session on an adjacent network is required, and the published proof of concept demonstrates Boolean database-name extraction.
