Service interruption via unsynchronized power-domain transitions

Race condition in the Linux MediaTek power-domain driver allows local users to interrupt service during concurrent power transitions. In mtk-pm-domains.c, probe registers domains with genpd before powering them on, while teardown powers them off before unregistering them.
