Unauthorized BPF attachment via read-only LIRC descriptor

Missing authorization in the Linux media remote-control subsystem allows local users to modify LIRC BPF attachments. The LIRC BPF attach and detach paths accept a device file opened without write permission, so a read-only descriptor can change the device's program array. Exploitation still requires CAP_NET_ADMIN and an LIRC device with BPF mode support; the resulting access is limited to attaching or detaching LIRC-mode eBPF programs.
