Local privilege escalation via J1939 filter race

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel J1939 socket filter subsystem allows local users to gain kernel privileges via a concurrent race. The j1939_sk_setsockopt path frees or replaces jsk->filters while receive-side matching reads the same array without holding the socket lock. An unprivileged local user with access to an active CAN or virtual CAN interface can race filter replacement against packet reception, enabling kernel memory disclosure, modification, or a crash.
