Local system hang via incorrect FIFO toggling

A display-management flaw in Linux 6.7 through 6.7.3 allows local users to hang systems by changing refresh rates after HDMI mode switches. The disable_otg_wa path unnecessarily disables and enables FIFO, setting both HPO and DIG registers when only HPO should be set. Exploitation requires local access, an affected AMD display pipeline, an HDMI mode switch, and a later refresh-rate change; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
