System hang via recursive DMCUB idle exit

Availability flaw in the AMD Display Core DMCUB interface allows local users to hang affected systems during command submission. The idle-exit path invokes a DMCUB command before recording software idle state, recursively reentering the same path when DMCUB is unpowered. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and affected AMD display hardware; the bounded consequence is a system hang.
