System hang via sleeping DMCUB GPINT access

Denial of service in the Linux kernel 4.15 through 6.7.2 allows local users to hang systems through AMD display GPINT mailbox access. The drm/amd/display code submits GPINT commands while the Display Microcontroller Unit can be idle, without first waking it, so the hardware mailbox exchange stalls the system. Reachability requires affected AMD display hardware and a path that executes a GPINT command; the documented consequence is a system hang.
