Resource injection in the Linux kernel nf_tables subsystem allows local users to interrupt service via anonymous-set timeout parameters. The nf_tables_newset path accepts NFTA_SET_TIMEOUT and NFTA_SET_GC_INTERVAL for NFT_SET_ANONYMOUS sets, although userspace has no valid use for that combination. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and complex conditions; published scoring limits the consequence to reduced availability.
