System crash via oversized SDIO receive transfer

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash affected systems during rtw88 SDIO packet reception. rtw_sdio_read_port() requests an aggregated receive buffer in one MMC/SDIO transfer without honoring the host's max_req_size, overrunning the socket buffer and triggering skb_over_panic. Reachability requires an rtw88 SDIO adapter and a host controller with a transfer limit below the received or aggregated data size; the observed consequence is a kernel panic.
