Service interruption via misassociated late SCMI reply

Race condition in Linux kernel ARM SCMI mailbox handling allows local users to interrupt service through a late platform reply. The A2P completion handler reads a shared-memory header after a timed-out command, and a new request can overwrite that area so a spurious late-reply IRQ is matched to the new transaction. Reachability requires an ARM SCMI mailbox or SMT channel, a command timeout, and precise late-reply timing; the resulting transaction confusion interrupts service.
