Hard lockup via unlocked multicast-list iteration

Improper locking in Linux kernel IP over InfiniBand support allows local users to cause a hard system lockup during multicast cleanup. In ipoib_mcast_join_task(), the code releases priv->lock while iterating priv->multicast_list, allowing ipoib_mcast_dev_flush() to move the current entry to another list. Local low-privileged access and an active IPoIB interface are required; if the race occurs, the iterator spins forever and hard-locks the host.
