Display disruption via unsynchronized vblank callbacks

Race condition in the MSM DPU display driver in Linux 4.19 through 6.7.3 allows local users to disrupt vblank IRQ callback management. The vblank enable and disable paths can run concurrently while registering or unregistering the callback because dpu_encoder_phys lacks a mutex around the shared reference count and callback operations. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a kernel built with the affected Qualcomm MSM display driver; published sources do not identify a specific user-visible failure mode.
