Local crash via invalid amdgpu RAS block

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.7 through 6.7.3 allows local users to crash the system via an invalid amdgpu RAS block ID. amdgpu_ras_query_error_status_helper() derives a sentinel block value when its info argument is null but dereferences info->head.block in direct-query mode without first rejecting that state. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and applicable AMD GPU RAS functionality; exploitation interrupts the host without reported data disclosure or modification.
