Kernel crash via repeated folio cache start

Denial of service in Linux kernel netfs allows local users to trigger a kernel oops through a cached network-filesystem read. The netfs_rreq_unlock_folios function calls folio_start_fscache more than once for the same folio when clamp_length creates sub-page subrequests, tripping the private_2 assertion. Reachability requires a cached network filesystem using netfs and sub-page request lengths; the resulting kernel oops interrupts the system rather than exposing or altering data.
