Local system crash via absent IRQ data

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel 8250 serial driver allows local users to crash the system through an IRQ-polling serial port. When serial8250_handle_irq sees an interrupt while a leaf driver uses IRQ polling with irq set to 0, it dereferences absent IRQ data while issuing a wake event. The path requires local access to such a configured 8250 serial device; the resulting kernel Oops interrupts the host, with no reported data exposure or modification.
