Kernel panic via stale slab-cache list entry

Memory-list corruption in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system by unloading a module with live slab objects. kmem_cache_destroy() ignores shutdown_cache() failure and releases a kmem_cache still linked in slab_caches, leaving a stale list entry. Triggering requires a module whose cache retains objects during unload; later slab-list operations or slabinfo access can panic the kernel.
