Unauthenticated service data disclosure
Published Apr 8, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Kernel data-validation errors in Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0.0 through 4.0.0 and EMUI 12.0.0 through 13.0.0 allow remote attackers to read service data. Huawei maps the flaw to CWE-120, but neither its bulletin nor the CVE record identifies the kernel function, input, or unchecked buffer-copy operation. Network access without authentication or user interaction is sufficient; exploitation affects confidentiality without reported integrity or availability impact.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
