Permission verification failure in Huawei HarmonyOS and EMUI allows remote authenticated users to interrupt affected device services. Huawei identifies only the system module and has not published the permission check, resource, request path, or malformed operation involved. Affected releases are HarmonyOS 2.0.0, 2.1.0, 3.0.0, 3.1.0, and 4.0.0 and EMUI 12.0.0 and 13.0.0; network access with low privileges is required, and the reported consequence is limited to availability.
