Local denial of service via transport-header miscount

Improper length handling in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to interrupt service through IPv6 L2TP socket writes. The l2tp_ip6_sendmsg() path adds transhdrlen to the requested length when the write queue already holds a partial packet, causing copy to exceed the remaining message data. A low-privileged local process must append MSG_SPLICE_PAGES data to a partially occupied socket buffer, producing a kernel warning and availability loss.
