Kernel memory disclosure or crash via short frames

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel mwifiex Wi-Fi driver allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the system. mwifiex_process_rx_packet applied the full RFC 1042 header-size condition at the wrong gate instead of limiting that test to the header-reading branch. Reachability requires an affected kernel and supported Marvell mwifiex hardware processing a short received frame; consequences are limited to memory disclosure or a system crash.
