Local service interruption via Bluetooth codec-list leak

Resource exhaustion in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service by repeatedly cycling a supported Bluetooth controller. Device close and release paths fail to call hci_codec_list_clear, leaving entries allocated in the local_codecs list after use. A reachable HCI controller that reports codec capabilities is required; each cycle leaks kernel memory without exposing or modifying data.
