Local service interruption via unchecked GPIO index

Out-of-bounds write in the WPCM450 pin controller in Linux allows local users to interrupt service via an invalid GPIO bank index. The wpcm450_gpio_register function indexes pctrl->gpio_bank with reg and writes through that pointer before checking reg against WPCM450_NUM_BANKS. Reachability requires the WPCM450 pinctrl driver to process an out-of-range GPIO bank index; the resulting memory corruption can crash the kernel.
