Local system crash via null AEN request

Null pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system through an NVMe over Fibre Channel AEN operation. The nvme_fc_io_getuuid function dereferences the request pointer in an nvme_fc_fcp_op even though AEN operations initialize that pointer to null. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an FC low-level driver that passes the AEN request, and the resulting impact is limited to system availability.
