Kernel fault via unchecked NFC protocol shift

Out-of-bounds shift in Linux kernel NFC NCI 3.2 through 6.5.7 allows local users to trigger a kernel fault via an invalid protocol value. The nci_activate_target function uses the unvalidated protocol as the shift count in a supported_protocols bitmask before confirming that it is below NFC_PROTO_MAX. Reachability requires local access to an NCI target and the NFC generic-netlink activation path; the public reproducer demonstrates a UBSAN fault, not code execution.
