System hang via synchronous resume callback deadlock

Deadlock in Linux kernel system-wide resume code allows local users to hang the system during resume under low-memory conditions. In dpm_async_fn(), async_schedule_dev() can run a device resume callback synchronously, causing it to reacquire a mutex already held by the caller. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and a low-memory system-wide resume; the resulting impact is an availability-only system hang.
