Device interruption via offset-agnostic migration pointers

Data corruption in Linux 6.2 through 6.6.13 and 6.7 through 6.7.1 allows local users to interrupt migrated HiSilicon accelerators. The hisi_acc_vfio_pci save and resume paths advance migration buffers without applying the file offset, so PRE_COPY data is written or read at the wrong position. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access plus a VFIO-assigned HiSilicon accelerator undergoing live migration; the destination device can encounter IOMMU errors and doorbell timeouts.
