Kernel out-of-bounds read via failed DRC lookup

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel powerpc/pseries memory-hotplug code allows local users to read beyond the drmem LMB array. A failed DRC-index search leaves dlpar_memory_remove_by_index() pointing one element past the array, and its debug path dereferences the invalid cursor. This path requires a local sysfs memory-hot-remove request; KASAN confirms an eight-byte slab read, and the debug message exposes a value from adjacent memory.
