Kernel crash via overflowing segmented-packet MSS

Denial of service in the Linux kernel networking stack allows local users to crash the kernel through crafted packet segmentation. skb_segment() multiplies mss by partial_segs without preventing the result from equaling the reserved GSO_BY_FRAGS value, after which later code treats that sentinel as a normal size. A local low-privileged account able to submit packets to the affected segmentation path is required, and successful exploitation interrupts the entire host.
