System crash via unchecked device-mapper target count

Denial of service in the Linux kernel 6.7.4 and earlier allows local users to crash the system through a device-mapper table load. dm_table_create passes the unbounded dm_ioctl.target_count value to alloc_targets, whose kvcalloc request can exceed INT_MAX bytes. Reaching the ioctl requires CAP_SYS_ADMIN in the initial namespace, and successful triggering interrupts availability by crashing the host.
