Site denial of service via path traversal

Path traversal in QuantumCloud WPBot 4.8.9 and earlier and 4.9.2 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt server files. The qcld_openai_upload_pagetraining_file handler accepts a filename POST value without restricting traversal, opens the resolved file in append mode, and under the default size limit copies the target file's first line to its end. Subscriber access is sufficient; targeting a PHP configuration or code file can trigger a parse error and interrupt the WordPress site.
