Password disclosure via improperly authorized GET request

Improper access control in Devolutions Server 2023.2.8.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to retrieve stored passwords. The PAM propagation-script interface returns passwords embedded in scripts through a GET request without enforcing the intended access boundary. The requester must hold permission to manage PAM propagation scripts, and exposure is limited to passwords stored in those scripts.
