Stack buffer overflow via oversized UTF-32 value

Stack buffer overflow in affected POCO C++ Libraries releases allows attackers to corrupt memory via malformed UTF-32 input. UTF32Encoding.cpp lets Poco::UTF32Encoding::convert() and Poco::UTF32::queryConvert() return a negative integer when a decoded value is 0x80000000 or greater, producing an out-of-bounds stack write. Reachability depends on an application passing attacker-controlled UTF-32 bytes into these conversion paths; the resulting memory corruption can crash the process or compromise its execution.
