An out-of-bounds write in Huawei HarmonyOS and EMUI RSMC allows remote attackers to interrupt affected device services. The RSMC module mishandles inconsistent length parameters and writes past the bounds of a destination buffer. Network access without authentication is sufficient; Huawei has not disclosed the triggering input, and the documented consequence is availability loss only.
