Service interruption via RSMC double free

Double free in the RSMC module in Huawei HarmonyOS and EMUI allows local users to interrupt service through memory corruption. The RSMC module releases the same memory allocation twice, corrupting allocator state; Huawei has not disclosed the triggering code path or input. Exploitation requires local access, high privileges, and a high-complexity trigger, and the documented consequence is limited to service availability.
