Application crash via unchecked tile coordinates

Heap-based buffer overflow in LibTIFF before 4.6.0 allows remote attackers to crash a consuming process via a crafted TIFF file. TIFFReadRGBATileExt accepts tile coordinates outside the image dimensions, then uses file-controlled dimensions to derive an underflowed raster source offset for memmove. Reachability requires an application to pass attacker-controlled TIFF data to this API; the resulting invalid heap access interrupts that application.
