Remote code execution via unvalidated PageSize parameter
Published Jan 23, 2024 · Updated May 30, 2025
Cross-site scripting in Apex Central 2019 builds before 6570 allows remote attackers to execute code after a user opens malicious content. The operation.php component fails to validate the PageSize parameter, allowing arbitrary script injection into the current user context. Execution requires the target to visit a malicious page or open a malicious file, bounding the direct impact to that user's privileges.
