CVE-2023-52314Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Arbitrary command execution via evaluated comparison operator

Published Jan 3, 2024 · Updated Nov 14, 2024

Command injection in PaddlePaddle before 2.6.0 allows context-dependent attackers to execute arbitrary operating-system commands. convert_shape_compare concatenates a caller-supplied comparison operator into a Python expression and passes it to eval without restricting the operator. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled comparison text; commands run with the privileges of the hosting process.
