Arbitrary command execution via shell-interpolated download URL

Command injection in PaddlePaddle before 2.6.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary operating-system commands through a crafted download URL. _wget_download interpolates the URL directly into a wget command string and passes it to subprocess.Popen with shell=True, so shell metacharacters are evaluated. Exploitation requires an application or user to supply an attacker-controlled URL to the helper; successful injection runs with the privileges of that process.
