Runtime crash via empty lerp tensors

Divide-by-zero in PaddlePaddle before 2.6.0 allows context-dependent attackers to crash a runtime through invalid paddle.lerp tensor shapes. The CPU and GPU LerpKernel implementations allow empty x or y tensors to reach kernel processing instead of rejecting zero elements. A consuming application must pass attacker-controlled tensor shapes into paddle.lerp; a successful trigger terminates its runtime process.
