Service interruption via unchecked zero-dimensional tensor shape

Stack buffer overflow in paddle.searchsorted before 2.6.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt a process with zero-dimensional tensors. SearchsortedInferMeta subtracts one from a zero rank and indexes dimension arrays without first rejecting a rank-zero sorted_sequence. Reachability requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled tensors into the API and user interaction; the published proof of concept demonstrates memory corruption and process interruption.
