Process crash via invalid tensor dimensions

Null pointer dereference in paddle.nextafter in PaddlePaddle before 2.6.0 allows attackers to crash a process using invalid tensor dimensions. The operation fails to reject incompatible tensor shapes, including an empty tensor, before its computation dereferences a null pointer. An attacker must influence tensor inputs passed by a host application; successful triggering terminates that process and interrupts its service.
