Unauthenticated arbitrary file write via unchecked path

Path traversal in flaskcode 0.0.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files via an unauthenticated POST request. The update_resource_data function joins the attacker-controlled file_path to the resource base without normalization or a containment check, then passes it to write_file. The route requires no authentication; writes can escape the configured resource directory and occur with the flaskcode process's filesystem permissions.
