Process crash via loader frame-offset underflow

Double-free in Bytecode Alliance WAMR before 1.3.0 allows local users to crash iwasm with a crafted WebAssembly module. The loader checks operand pops against stack_cell_num before the counter is updated, so a polymorphic stack underflows ctx->frame_offset and corrupts cleanup state. Execution of the crafted module is required; the documented consequence is process abort, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
