Memory disclosure via incorrect UTF-16 filename length check

Out-of-bounds read in 7-Zip 7zz before 24.01 allows remote attackers to read process memory via a crafted NTFS image. CFileNameAttr::Parse compares 0x42 plus the filename length with the attribute size without doubling the UTF-16 length, then GetString reads that many wide characters. Exposure requires the full 7zz implementation or its library to process attacker-controlled images in a long-lived service, where leaked bytes can cross user boundaries.
